Method™
The One Dollar Method™ is Forma Studio's transparent pricing philosophy for qualifying custom homes and private estates.
All engagements start from $1 CAD per square foot of interior area, for residences 3,000 to 25,000 sq ft — one-tenth of an illustrative $10 CAD-per-square-foot design-fee benchmark. Residences beyond 25,000 sq ft are quoted bespoke.

Traditional full-service studios may combine design with procurement, vendor management, construction administration, site visits, installation and ongoing project coordination. Those services can be valuable, but not every owner requires all of them within the base design fee.
